About repair service

■ Application for repair

There are two ways to apply for repair.

You can bring the repaired item to the store where you purchased it, or you can send it directly to Iida Piano After-Sales Service Co., Ltd.

■ In the case of a request to a store

Each store will serve as a point of contact. Contact and application methods will be done according to the regulations of each store.

 

■ When applying directly to Iida Piano After-Sales Service

  1. Please send a repair request from the inquiry form on the web page (iidapiano.store).

  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the "receipt table".

  3. Please refer to the following "Repair service flow and period" for the subsequent flow.

*If the product is not covered by the warranty, repair costs will be charged at actual cost.

We will send you an invoice by email. Please pay the repair fee by the specified deadline.

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

After confirming payment, we will return the repaired product to the customer.

 

■ Flow and period of repair service

1. Apply for repair (Bring it to the store where you purchased it or send it directly to us)

Depending on the retailer, it may take some time from when the product is accepted for repair to when it is sent to us.

Please check with each store for details.

2. Repair product arrives at our company

Registration will be completed in the repair acceptance database usually within 6 business days.

3. Repair reception

Verification will begin in the order in which repairs are received. Estimated within 10 business days.

4. Verification

We will check the details of the reported problem and the actual behavior, share the problem with each manufacturer, and verify the necessary repair method. Please allow 10-15 business days for us to provide you with the most accurate quote possible.

5. Quotation (Information on repair details)

After proposing the necessary repairs and an estimate of the amount, you can choose whether to continue the repair or cancel it.

If you cancel at this point, no cancellation fee will be charged.

6. Repair progress (or return)

When performing repairs, we ship to each manufacturer in the home country.

Shipments are generally shipped in batches once a month.

7. International shipping to manufacturer

1-2 months (varies depending on international transportation conditions)

8. Arrival at the manufacturer

Confirmation work by the manufacturer

9. Repair execution

2 weeks to 1 month

*If there is an additional part in the repair content, we will inform you of the additional cost and ask whether the repair is possible.

 Cancellation (with charge) will be accepted only when additional repairs are required.

 Even in the case of cancellation, the return time will be the same timing as in the case of repair.

10. Completion of repair and shipment

2 weeks to 1 month (The number of days until arrival varies depending on the product and the shipping method arranged by the manufacturer.)

11. Repair product arrival

Usually within 3 business days

12. Repair product inspection

After inspecting the product, we will arrange the return, usually within 2 business days.
